Building 1330 Arlington Business Park

A complete internal refurbishment of a 36,000 sq. ft. property including constructing a new double height entrance extension. After 20 years of use, the building required a total replacement of all its services and finishes for the next phase of its life.

A dramatic design and specification included semi-exposed hybrid A/C system with raft ceilings and suspended linear LED lighting. Arranged over three floors we created floor to ceiling glass elevations and open floor plates bringing in natural light to the workspace.

The redevelopment of Building 1330 was a vital final part of our investment strategy for Arlington Business Park. It was a challenging design scheme incorporating a complete replacement of all interior finishes and M&E services, constructing a new two storey entrance extension and resolving some water ingress problems so we needed someone we could rely on to deliver this project. The project was delivered on time, to a great standard with a minimum of fuss and exactly as we set out to achieve.

This was the 2nd major project we had worked closely with Vernier on, following on from their refurbishment of the adjacent building in the previous year. The project has been a great success for us on all counts and I wouldn’t hesitate contracting with Vernier again and would consider them a ‘go to’ contractor for similar schemes in the future.
