Building 1330 Arlington Business Park
A dramatic design and specification included semi-exposed hybrid A/C system with raft ceilings and suspended linear LED lighting. Arranged over three floors we created floor to ceiling glass elevations and open floor plates bringing in natural light to the workspace.
”The redevelopment of Building 1330 was a vital final part of our investment strategy for Arlington Business Park. It was a challenging design scheme incorporating a complete replacement of all interior finishes and M&E services, constructing a new two storey entrance extension and resolving some water ingress problems so we needed someone we could rely on to deliver this project. This was the 2nd major project we had worked closely with Vernier on, following on from their refurbishment of the adjacent building in the previous year.
