Orbit Discovery and OMass Therapeutics are developing businesses in the Oxford Tech sector, expanding out of start-up premises with significant funding and growth plans.

Vernier worked closely with both businesses to establish their brief of functional and technical requirements for their new accommodation in the Schrodinger Building, Oxford Science Park.

We provided a complete turnkey package from brief development, cost planning, detailed design and specification, submission of information for Landlord approval and then construction, service provision, lab benching & furnishing for occupation.
