Voyager Place, Maidenhead

At Vernier we have worked with Clearbell to refurbish and enhance numerous acquired office buildings for release back into the commercial property market.

Voyager Place in Maidenhead comprises 55,577 sq. ft. of commercial accommodation over 4 floors with an open central atrium.

The project was to completely refurbish the run-down property which had housed the same occupier for 25 years to a high Cat A standard as a speculative development for the Landlord/Developer.

This Grade A refurbishment of the entire building included enhancing the entrance and approach to the building, creating a modern reception area, atrium, new high quality finishes throughout, 2 x 13 passenger lifts, a full accessed raised floor, new suspended ceiling system with metal pan tiles, flat panel LED lighting, air-conditioning system, new plant, 3rd floor external terraces, refurbished bathroom facilities, new glazing to the ground floor, hard and soft landscaping with 6 electric car charging points and reconfigured and resurfaced car parking spaces.

The transformation of this building into a state of the art office space achieving EPC A, lead to the property being fully let and sold within 5 months from completion. We worked collaboratively throughout this project with external consultants including architects, engineers and a project management team staying within budget and delivering the project on time.
